Patrick Stabile
Managing Director
Patrick is a passionate property professional who founded Amulet Property in 2019. He has 10 years experience in the valuation, commercial finance and property development disciplines in both the private and public sectors.
Jarrad Haynes
Non-Executive Director
Jarrad brings a wealth of experience to the team as a non-executive director. He has an extensive background in property development and construction. Jarrad is an Executive Director of Fund Manager Capital Prudential Pty Ltd and was previously an Executive Director of national commercial property developer, Accord Property. Prior to that Jarrad was the National Operations Manager – Building Projects for ASX listed Programmed Ltd, where he managed a delivery team of 200 staff across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this he worked as a Valuer with the South Australian Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure (DPTI)
Christian Sougleris
Project Manager
Christian is a consummate construction professional. Previously working for a commercial builder for over 10 years, gaining experience as an estimator, contract administrator and project manager/superintendent, his attention to detail ensures that our apartment and commercial buildings are delivered to the highest quality. Prior to joining Amulet Property, he helped deliver two land mark buildings in East Park apartments in Kent Town, and the multi-award winning Luminesque – Sofitel Hotel.
